Generally, for house number there is very little you can do as I believe no one can just change a number just like that.
However, from what you have described, it would seem that the Flying Star of your house at one of the key sectors (either main door, bedroom where you and your husband sleep, or a room where you and your husband spends a great deal of time in) contains combinations of two stars which results in robbery etc.

Generally, in order to cure the problem you need to know what is the cause. Without it, it is difficult to advice you how to cure the problem or make improvements to the home.
If the problems lies with the Flying star applying the suggested cures to the problem sectors does help.
In addition to Feng Shui, you should also check to see whether other security aspect of the house is secured. Eg. basic stuff like keeping the door lock etc. Feng Shui can help but it is not a miracle cure by itself.
In addition, the neighbourhood you moved in does it often have this problem? If so, well even how well you protect it, some day similiar incident might happen again.

Generally, as weak metal, you will be able to given either other strength. That is a plus point (provided that weak metal are your true elements). But also take note that spouse with the same element may also occasional create competition with each other due to similar element characteristics.
As for the clashes, where is the clash located. There is a difference. If the clash occurs in the day or year, these are a little more to be concerned with.
Generally everyone will have some clashes with each other's pillars chart as there are after all 8 different characters being analysed with another 8 different characters.
So we are usually concerned more with the day and year clash. Usually a binding element will help to resolve most of the clashes.
But of course in any relationship there is bound to be some ups and downs, you cannot expect to have smooth sailing all the way.
Generally, for weak metal the binding element would be earth. So having more earth will help reduce the fiction if any. (This is taking that both elements are weak if one is weak and another is strong metal, then the binding cure will be different).
Hope that helps.

User's Comments After browsing many many feng shui sites, I came to one conclusion: your site is the most sensible, reasonable and helpful one of all. I've been to sites where they want to sell you just about anything and everything. The information they are willing to give is so trivial and one senses that the only thing they are interested in is to make money and sell you products that might and might not fit in with your decor or your culture, and of course doesn't serve the purpose of curing and or enhancing. Sorry for the long message, but I have a friend who spent a fortune buying all types of figurines to cure then to enhance and then eventually all she got was more figures on her credit card and no luck! I believe that what one should do is get your advise first because it makes so much sense and it is always sincere. I also believe that people should buy things that pleases their eye and provide a sense of beauty and balance. Again sorry for the long message and thank you for a wonderful site.
